REPLICA CARABINE MARE'S LEG USA 1892 DENIX (01095)

Reproduction of the short Winchester Mare's leg in metal and wood, with a simulation mechanism for loading and firing.
The Mare's leg was a short repeating rifle with lever action, this allowed for several shots to be taken before reloading it, removing the used cap and replacing it with a new one by operating a lever attached to the trigger guard; hence the term "repeating rifle".
Used by Josh Randall, the character of Steve McQueen in the television series "Dead or Alive" (1958-1961), this is why the weapon was also known as the Randall Special.
