Faithful reproduction of the pistol used by pirates in the eighteenth century.
Featuring a flint at the top which, when the trigger was pulled, produced a spark that ignited the gunpowder and fired the shot. The ammunition was loaded from the barrel and consisted of gunpowder, bullet and a block of paper that was used to compress everything.
Since they had to be reloaded with each shot and in combat there was no time to reload, the fighters were then forced to use their swords.
