Mr. Leung, a skilled blacksmith with a great passion for knife design and manufacturing, decided to capitalize on his many years of experience by founding RUIKE in 1998. Born to produce and design knives for various national and foreign knife brands, after 2 decades of continuous growth, in 2016 RUIKE was ready to launch its own brand.

Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel with cryogenic treatment
Sandvik 14C28N is a chromium martensitic steel, chemically optimized for high-quality professional knives. It offers the highest level of sharpening performance, edge durability and corrosion resistance.
This steel is tempered and worked by RUIKE with a cryogenic treatment, to obtain the ideal hardness of 58/60 HRC.

Roller bearings
The integrated roller bearings are made of a specific high carbon chromium steel and finely machined, for optimal resistance to use and wear. Allows for smooth opening without effort.

Stainless steel/G10 handle
Stainless steel handles have high standards in terms of toughness, abrasion resistance and corrosion. In the orange version, the front part is in G10 for an even more comfortable grip
