The Paradigm 590 was developed as an innovative clip-on carry knife and boasts high-end materials and features. It uses a blade flipper for quick and easy one-handed opening with ASAP Assisted Opening Technology. The rotating Buck's Shift Mechanism provides a robust locking mechanism and prevents accidental deployment: to open, slide the cushion up and activate the flipper with a flick of the finger; to close, slide the cushion up, close the blade, and then slide the cushion back into place.
