Mr. Leung, a skilled blacksmith with a great passion in knife design and manufacturing, in 1998 decided to take advantage of his many years of experience by founding RUIKE. Born to produce and design knives for various national and foreign knife brands, after 2 decades of continuous growth, in 2016 RUIKE was ready to launch its own brand.

Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel with cryogenic treatment
The Sandvik 14C28N is a martensitic chromium steel, chemically optimized for high quality professional knives. It offers top notch performance in sharpening, wire life and corrosion resistance.
This steel is tempered and processed by RUIKE with a cryogenic treatment, to obtain the ideal hardness of 58/60 HRC.

Roller bearings
The integrated roller bearings are made of a specific high-carbon chromium steel and finely worked, for optimal resistance to use and wear. Allows for effortless smooth opening.

Stainless steel handle
The stainless steel handles have high standards in terms of toughness, abrasion resistance and corrosion.
