KNIFE N.12 SLIM PADOUK INOX OPINEL (OPN-000011)

The SLIM series, called Effilés in French, is elegant and ergonomic. They are knives with a slightly flexible blade and are not designed to be used for heavy work, in fact the N 8 and N10 can be used as pocket knives to cut fruit and vegetables, the N12 is a great table knife while the N15 can be used to fillet fish. Equipped with a mirror finish blade, in modified Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel which is anticorrosive thanks to the addition of chromium and does not require special maintenance. The handle is in Padouk, a compact African wood with a fine grain whose color varies from brown to pink with purple veins.
