The Wasabi Black series has origins in the great Japanese cuisine. Long-lasting functionality and sharpening, resistance of materials and simple design make these blades suitable for every use.
Easy and simple to clean series, thanks to the handle in water resistant synthetic material, made pleasant to the touch thanks to the addition of bamboo powder. The black and opaque handle completely surrounds the blade, which fixed to the collar avoids collecting dirt.
Lama:
The polished blades of the Wasabi Black series are made of newly produced corrosion resistant 6A / IK6 steel, with a hardness of 56 (± 1) HRC. This series offers both symmetrical blades and traditional Japanese blades with asymmetrical sharpening. The slightly arched back of the blade allows a secure grip.
Handle:
The handle in black synthetic material is water resistant and particularly robust, in the shape of a chestnut, made pleasant to the touch thanks to the addition of bamboo powder.
