Shun Classic

Description:
The Shun Classic series is a fine series of Damascus steel knives, studied in detail and with a long-lasting sharpness. With satin blades, combined with an elegant and tapered handle in black pakka wood, they have an extraordinary aesthetic impact, as well as excellent quality and functionality characteristics.

Lama:
VG MAX steel, with a hardness of 61 (± 1) HRC, forms the core of the entire blade up to the edge. Coated with 32 layers of Damascus steel, this knife is characterized by an extremely stable blade, resistant and elastic at the same time. Shun Classic blades feature sharpening on both sides.

Handle:
Handle made of resistant pakka wood, with the addition of precious resins that make it very resistant to use and humidity. The typical chestnut shape (traditional Japanese shape) guarantees a safe and ergonomic grip during cutting.
