The Samura electric diamond sharpener is a machine for sharpening kitchen knives and cleavers, whether they are made of steel or ceramic.

You need to insert the blade from the back and slowly pull the knife towards you, without using much force. Keep repeating until all the burrs and impurities have been removed from the cut. Use the coarse diamond metal discs in the initial phase and then switch to the fine diamond discs in the next phase to polish the knife. This ensures a sharp and even edge, which ensures a longer lasting sharpening. You can also use the fine diamond discs for light grinding, for example to remove only the burrs.
