The Samura Harakiri knife series features a thin blade made of AUS-8 stainless steel. They are comfortable and lightweight knives with double-sided sharpening done manually on stone. The handles are made of ABS plastic. We recommend cleaning the knives manually using non-abrasive materials and drying them well. They are not dishwasher safe.
