The Seki Maagoroku KK series are specific "yanagiba" knives for filleting, characterized by a clean and essential design with an octagonal handle in opaque black pakka wood. Their slim and elongated shape allows for fine cuts with maximum precision.

The Yanagiba knife, thanks to its long blade with asymmetrical sharpening, allows you to cut the meat of the fish in a single rapid stroke, using a "pulling" movement from the bottom upwards of the knife.

The Yanagiba KK series blade is ground on one side and made of sturdy quality AUS8 carbon stainless steel with 58 HRC hardness, decorated with a soft, wavy line in a satin finish.

Handle:
The handle is in matt black Pakka wood with an octagonal shape, so as to offer an excellent grip. Blade and handle are connected by a solid support in glossy black polypropylene.
