Aided by a series of modular helmet pads made of hard plastic and soft foam, which can be inserted freely inside the helmet thanks to the Velcro panels.
The circumference is adjusted using a comfortable knob on the back of the helmet.
Like many other helmets based on the FAST construction, the X-Shield is also equipped with a series of side mounting rails that allow the attachment of a wide range of additional tactical equipment such as goggles, tactical flashlights, headphones, etc.
On the front of the helmet there is a plastic support and tie rods that allow the installation of NVG systems. A rich set of modular mounts and clips is included in the set.
