DELIRIO DM.AC PISTON HEAD (VDM-X-FE-D)

New model dedicated to high rates with limited air quantities (eg DSG on short barrels).

Following a detailed study of the flows supplied at high rates with a reduced cycle, especially on specific cases of replicas with short inner bars. Despite moments of collective DELIRIUM consumed in our laboratory, we were able to find the square by creating a new design to ensure maximum efficiency in the compression phase, allowing energy values expressed in line with less extreme and extreme configurations.

This design therefore allows, in conditions of reduced cycle with low air volume, to have a greater flow rate, while maintaining a large concentration of the flows in the center of the body directed towards the nozzle of the cylinder head (thanks to the increased depth of the concave part made to compensate for the clear reduction of the cone), following the theory present on the other products of the “Venom” line.

All this combined with the absence of anti-vacuum holes on the front part (but radially moved abroad) also allows in this case an absence of turbulence which translates into precision and consistency of each shot and direct consequence, greater range with the same components.

In summary the main features:
Greater air flow in extreme configurations (high speeds at reduced cycle);
Possibility of being used on any cylinder head on the market thanks to the reduced but uniform impact surface and without anti-vacuum holes on the front;
Reduced weight thanks to the Ertalon body and metal threaded insert .;
Self-lubricating and anti-wear material and low friction index.
