HI SPEED GEARS 13: 1 MIM TECHNOLOGY FPS (IN131)

Set of steel gears with a 13: 1 ratio made using the MIM (Metal Injection Molding) process. This particular procedure allows to obtain a result comparable to 99% of the resistance of the metal machined from solid with tolerances of + / - 0.01 mm.
Our gears are heat treated and subjected to a surface finish treatment that increases their hardness and decreases their friction during operation.
The lightening present on the pieces has been designed to obtain maximum smoothness and reduce vibrations during the firing cycle.
