The Sector and Central gears are made of 40Cr steel and are manufactured through six main processes:
CNC Turning
CNC gear cutting
CNC Milling
Heat treatment,
Polishing
Blackening
Improving silence and durability over time.

The Bevel gear is also made with MIM technology.
The gear shaft is manufactured using CNC turning, CNC hobbing and straight grain rolling processes.

The gears are machined to ensure a gear hardness Rockwell hardness: HRC42-50 (pin hardness HRC55-60, bevel gear HRC42-47)

Compatible with AEG V2 and V3 gearboxes
