FluX-Cut® cylinder head for all 2nd and 3rd generation Gearboxes
Made in Ergal 7075 with CNC machining, it has a larger diameter cone in the lower part with a well-marked angle able to direct the air flow towards the nozzle and is designed to adapt perfectly to the piston head.
At its ends it has two rubber pads with a circular section. The one placed in the part in contact with the piston head is designed to reduce the impact surface between the two heads while maintaining excellent vibro-damping properties, while the one placed in contact with the gearbox combined with the elliptical holes, the latter designed to adapt to the best. due to the various tolerances of the gearboxes, at each firing cycle the head does not burden the centering pins of the head (main cause of breakage) and consequently going to better dampen the impacts and lengthen the life of the gearbox.
