The body, free-float fore-end, slide, including the Light Ops stock and pistol grip are made of nylon fiber-reinforced polymer.
Aluminum and zinc alloys were used for the barrel, flash suppressor, enlarged charging handle and manipulators.
All screws, pins, case ejection port and dummy lock are steel.
The replica uses the quick-change spring system, ESA™.
This allows you to quickly and efficiently adapt the power of the replica to the conditions expected on the playing field, without the need for access to a workshop or a set of specialized tools.
The replica has been fully adapted to work with LiPo and LiFe battery types.
With a muzzle velocity of approximately ~350 FPS guaranteed by the factory-installed spring, the replica is ideal for medium-range operations.
Also included is an M90 type spring, which allows to reduce the muzzle velocity to ~300 FPS, making the replica perfectly suited for close-range or indoor operations.

The basic FLEX replicas are equipped with an electronic system based on magnetic sensors.
The circuit is configurable with a trigger.
