The Earmor ™ brand headset protects against harmful noise while allowing you to hear ambient sounds. These are picked up by two directional microphones mounted on the outside of each bowl and played via speakers inside the pavilions. The hearing protectors are equipped with a microphone to facilitate communication with your team.
M32 Mark 3 provides hearing protection in noisy areas with impulsive noise, such as firearm use areas. Microphones mounted on the headphones improve the wearer's situational awareness, allowing them to hear sounds in proximity and protecting their hearing. Harsh sounds are limited to a safe level of 82 dB and low sounds are amplified.
The Mark 3 Series Ear Protectors have been updated to meet the rigorous military standards of MIL-STD-416 and MIL-STD-810G . They are also equipped with 5 adjustable volume levels to allow an even better adaptation to environmental conditions.
The communication headset is equipped with a microphone headband which can be mounted on the right or left side depending on the user's preference. The M32 Mark3 is equipped with a Nexus TP-120 U-174 (NATO standard) cable that allows you to connect the headset to the radio via an additional Earmor ™ M51 / 52 Push To Talk (PTT) module or NATO PTT.
